Résumé
Français : La Table tournante de Paul Grimault sort en salle en 1986. Ce long métrage n’est pas exactement une œuvre inédite : Paul Grimault accueille dans son atelier de montage et pour ce film-recueil les courts-métrages de son passé parfois tombés dans l’oubli. Ils ont accompagné sa vie et, en eux, sa vie a pris forme et sens en images animées. En un mouvement de retour, Paul Grimault remonte le temps de la création et offre un testament artistique mais, suivant le rythme tournoyant de la table spirite qu’il filme à ses débuts pour un spot publicitaire, il se laisse emporter dans l’éternel devenir de la création.

English: Paul Grimault's Turntable was released in 1986. This feature film is not exactly an unpublished work: Paul Grimault welcomes in his editing studio and for this film-collection the short films of his past sometimes sunk into oblivion. They accompanied his life and in them his life took shape and meaning in moving images. In a backward movement, Paul Grimault turns back time of the creation and offers an artistic testament. But, according to the revolving rhythm of the spiritist table, which at the beginning he films for a commercial, he is carried away in the eternal becoming of creation.
